Project Support

Let’s choose the right products for your space together and prepare a tailored quote based on your dimensions, quantity and budget.

Request a Quote

Prepare these before requesting a quotation

The single thing that slows down a school furniture quotation is missing information. With the five items below in hand, we can produce a price and a layout proposal together at the first conversation:

  • Room dimensions — classroom/laboratory/canteen width × length; column, alcove and door positions
  • Student numbers — per class, with age and grade distribution
  • How the room is used — examination-led or group work, does the layout change during lessons
  • Cleaning routine — how many times a day wet cleaning takes place (this determines material choice directly)
  • Existing services — for laboratory and canteen projects, the positions of water, gas and electrical points

Once you share these, the project survey is free; we prepare a line-item quotation together with a layout proposal.

Material glossary

What the top materials mentioned on product pages actually are and where each stands out. A short rule: the more frequent the wet cleaning, the more compact the material should be.

MaterialWhat it isMoistureWhere it stands out
WerzalitHomogeneous structure produced by pressing wood fibre with resin; the edge is a rounded profile, not a separate bandHigh — the body itself resistsCanteens, snack bars, anywhere with frequent wet cleaning
CDF (compact)Black-core panel pressed under high pressureVery highHeavily used classrooms, laboratories
Compact laminateHighest density compact structureVery highWorkshops, art rooms, chemical contact
FibreHomogeneous through the body, top-class chemical resistanceVery highChemistry and physics laboratories
MDF-lamMelamine surface over a thick MDF bodyMediumWhere a solid feel and a balanced budget are wanted
MelamineMelamine-faced chipboard with PVC edge bandingDepends on the edge bandOrdinary classroom use
On melamine and MDF-lam tops, wear almost always begins at an unprotected edge; moisture enters through the cut face and the panel never returns to its original state.

How to choose the height step

The most frequent mistake in school furniture is buying a single height step for a whole school. At the correct step the student's feet rest flat on the floor, elbows sit level with the top and shoulders do not ride up. The wrong step leads to poor posture and difficulty concentrating over the long term.

StepTypical gradesTypical student height
PrimaryGrades 1–4approx. 119–142 cm
MiddleGrades 5–8approx. 142–159 cm
High schoolGrades 9–12approx. 159 cm and above
Height ranges are guidance only. Different steps can be ordered together for the same school; simply share your age distribution class by class.

Do not order desks and chairs separately. If the desk is at the right step but the chair is not, ergonomics still fail; the steps of both must be set together.

What do the certificates mean?

The certificates that appear most often in specifications and tender documents:

CertificateMeaning
CEEuropean Union conformity marking — declares that the product meets the requirements of the relevant EU directives
TSETurkish Standards Conformity Certificate — shows the product is manufactured in line with the relevant Turkish Standard
TSEKQuality Conformity Certificate — issued by TSE for products with no corresponding Turkish Standard
ISO 9001Quality Management System — shows the production process is run under a certified system
ISO 14001Environmental Management System — shows the environmental impact of production is managed systematically
Türk MalıDomestic production certificate — certifies that the product is manufactured in Türkiye
Sırasan production complies with CE, TSE and ISO 9001 standards. If your specification asks for a different certificate, tell us before the quotation and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.

Where should you go next?

For product selection you can go straight to the category pages — each one carries model comparison, size and material tables:

If you are planning a whole space, our application pages cover layout and equipment selection as a whole.
